Steps

In a grinder add ginger, green chili and garlic cloves. Grind and make a fine paste.
Wash palak, remove the stem and chop finely. - 2
In a bowl add chopped spinach, besan, grinded paste, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and hing and mix it well. Make cylindrical rolls with hands. For steaming boil 2 glass water in a pan. Keep spinach roll on steamer and cover with a plate.

Steam it for 15-20 minutes on medium flame. After 20 minutes remove from heat and cool down in room temperature cut it in small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and fry all pieces. Fry till golden brown in color and crisp. Remove from heat. Sprinkle seasme seeds and serve with tomato sauce and green chutney.
