Steps

Chop French beans preferably in slanted or two or three halves. Heat up oil and saute cumin and dry fenugreek leaves until it turns aromatic

Add chopped onions, once it turns translucent add ginger garlic paste and saute well.
Now add French beans and stir fry for 2 minutes. - 3
Further add ½ turmeric, chilli & coriander powder in a low flame and add garam masala, with aamchur and salt.
saute for a minute as spices are well combined.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes,
add cubed tomatoes and mix well.
Cover and simmer until tomatoes soften. - 4
Enjoy beans with Parathas.
