For dosa batter-
Soak 3 cups of rice and 1 cup urad daal for 5 to 6 hrs., soak fenugreek seed. After soaking all these, grind it in a mixture and keep it overnight to ferment the batter. - 2
Pour a ladle of dosa batter on a tawa and spread it.allow to cook,spread a butter and keep it on a low flame.

Add chopped onion, tomato,cabbage and capsicum,add all masala and tomato sauce and mix well and cook for sometime.garnish with corriander and grated cheese and spread the stuffing all over the dosa and roll the dosa when it is cooked from all side.

Cut the dosa into strips and serve it into a dish,again garnish cheese on it and serve with chutney or tomato sauce
