Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 2garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 4 cloveswet garlic, finely sliced (optional)
  • Bunchcima di rapa - 200-250g - chopped - separate the stalks and the leaves
  • sprinkle of water
  • Zest of 1 lemon + juice (of half)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil on a medium heat in a pan with a lid for later. Add the garlic(s). Sauté for a minute or two.

  2. 2

    Add the stalks of the cima di rapa. Sauté for 2 mins.

  3. 3

    Add the leaves + a sprinkle of water. Put the lid on and let the leaves wilt. This will take a minute or two.

  4. 4

    If you’re having with pasta, add a splash of the pasta cooking water at this stage.

  5. 5

    Squeeze in the lemon juice. Sprinkle the lemon zest on top and serve.
