  • half kiloBaingan
  • half kiloAloo
  • 3 tbspOil
  • 2 mediumOnion
  • 2 mediumTomatoes
  • 1 tspG.G paste
  • 1 tspGaram masala powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • half tspTurmeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil, fry onion, G.G paste and aaloo with adding dry spices and half glass of water.

  2. 2

    As water dry, add baingan and tomatoes, Cover with lid.

  3. 3

    Now baingan and aloo done and oil appears. Serve with hot chapatis. Enjoy.
