Bittersweet Brown Sugar Bagels - Using a bread maker

cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

I loved the brown sugar bagels from my local shop so much that I made them on my own!
They turned out so delicious!

Please be careful not to boil bagels for too long! It should only be 10-15 seconds.
Once the boiling has finished, put in the oven as soon as possible. It helps give them a glossy finish!
If you prefer to make bagels with a stronger brown sugar flavour, change the amount of coffee to 5 g and brown sugar to 25-30 g. Recipe by pancake08
