Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 3/4 cupItalian Style breadcrumbs
  3. 1raw egg
  4. 3/4 cupGrated Parmesan cheese
  5. 3/4 cupTomato sauce
  6. 1 tbsporegano
  7. 1 tbspparsley
  8. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  9. 1/2sweet onion, minced
  10. 1/2green bell pepper, finely chopped
  11. 1seasoned salt & black pepper, to taste
  12. 3 tbspTomato sauce, for spreading on top of meatloaf

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients into meat, except for the 2 TBS. of sauce, and form into a football shape. Place into greased casserole dish or loaf pan.

  3. 3

    Before putting in the oven, spread the final 2 TBS. of tomato sauce onto the top of the meatloaf.

  4. 4

    Bake at 350°F for about an hour, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
