Ingredients

  • 1 cupAalo small cubes
  • 1 cupfull dahi yougart
  • 1/4 tspsalt /acc to taste
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • Pinchhaldi (turmeric)
  • 1 tspwhite zeera (cummin) roasted n crushed
  • Few mint leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil Aloo cubes with some salt and haldi till full done take out n cool

  2. 2

    Whisk dahi with 1/4 cup water, salt, red chilli powder and zeera roasted and crushed mix w. Add boiled alu n mint leaves (optional)
    Sprinkle some zeera on top and serve.
