Take a bowl add water for soaked tamarind.

Take a pan add oil,mustardseeds,cumin,fenugree,red chilies

Add finally chopped onions,green chilies and add garlic paste. Saute well.

Add tomato paste.cook for 3 minutes.

Add coriander powder,turmeric,red chilli powder and salt mix well.cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Add tamarind juice mix it well cook for 15 to 20 minutes on high flame to cover the lid.

The curry consistency was thick.add fish pieces.cook 5 minutes on medium flame.

Take another pan add mustardseeds,cumin,fenugree,pepper for dry roast. To blend the fine powder.

Switch off the flame add fine powder to the curry.

Mix well. Finally fish curry ready to serve with rice.
