Ingredients

5 servings
  • half cupChana daal
  • quarter cupMasoor daal
  • quarter cupMoong daal
  • 4Green chillies
  • 1 big sizeOnion
  • 3 tbspOil
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspHaldi
  • 1 Onion medium size for tarka
  • Salt as required to taste
  • Coriander as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil, add onion, cook till soft, now add dry spices.

  2. 2

    Add all daal and 1 glass water, cover with lid. As daal tenderize, add salt, stir as daal mashed.

  3. 3

    On pan, heat oil and fry onion, till brown. Pour on daal. Garnish with green chillies and coriander
