It's basically South India's answer to Bhelpuri. Sold on the streets of Mysore, this Snack has gained immense popularity. Hence it can be called as the cousin of Bhelpuri, a famous Mumbai Snack. It can be made easily within 10 minutes. Also known as Masala Mandakki, this quickie Snack is often paired with a hot cup of Tea or Coffee. It's a hot favourite on the streets of Mysore. It's wholesome, quick and easy and made in a myriad ways down South. And it doesn't even need any Chutneys also. That's the beauty of it. That is why it's made so quickly too. And it's made with no fancy ingredients also. That is why it's a favourite of all. Though the original recipe calls for dry roasting Puffed Rice for a lovely flavour with the addition of Peanuts, Lemon juice, Green Chillies, Coriander Leaves, Cucumbers, Onions and Tomatoes. One can easily omit any one of the ingredients or add more of them too. It's absolutely your pick. Hence i present before you this easy and beautiful looking street dish in my style.
