Ingredients

  1. 300 gramsSpinach
  2. 200 gramsPotato
  3. 1Capsicum
  4. 3 spoonsOil
  5. as per taste Salt
  6. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric Powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoonCoriander powder
  9. as per tasteGaram masala -
  10. 1 inchGinger -
  11. 3green chillies ,chopped
  12. 2 pinchesHing
  13. 1/2 teaspoonCumin seeds
  14. As requiredBig eilachi,Small eilachi and other sabut spices

Cooking Instructions

    Clean the spinach
    Cut the potatoes into pieces
    Cut the capsicum

    Heat a pan
    Add half teaspoon oil
    Fry the capsicum

    Boil spinach for about 5 mins in water...
    Grind green chili and spinach together

    Heat a pan
    Put oil
    When the oil is heated add hing, comin seeds, ginger and all sabut spices
    Heat it

    Add potatoes, turmeric, Coriander, salt, red chilli and mix it
    Cover it and let it get cooked for about 10 mins

    Now add spinach gravy to the covered food
    add water and capsicum
    Boil it

  7. 7

    Add garam masala powder once it's boiled

  8. 8

    Now serve it or wat it yourself with rice or roti ♡
