as neededEnoki mushrooms,
as neededTofu,
as neededPork blood,
as neededWater,
2 packetshot and sour soup mix (such as Knorr)
as neededChopped green onions,
1egg

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the hot and sour soup mix and stir until fully dissolved.

Once the water is boiling, add the pork strips, enoki mushrooms, pork blood, and tofu.

Crack the egg into the pot and stir gently. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
