Suji nuggets

Heat water in a heavy bottom pan.

Add all the ingredients except oil for trying. Cool till everything gets incorporated and suji leaves the sides of pan.

Remove in a plate and let in cool. Once cooled down, mix the dough with hands making a soft smooth dough.

Give them desired shape and fry them in hot oil till golden brown. Serve hot with mayonnaise and ketchup.

Note: You can even refrigerate them in air tight box and fry them as needed. They have a shelf life of 1week.
