Milk Chocolate Hearth Bread!

I'm crazy about milk hearth bread, so I modified it for a sweet dessert.
Adjust the amount of milk depending on the texture (adding another 10 g during the dry winter).
If you can also use finely chopped bars of chocolate.
Cut the slits quite deeply, but not so deep that you cut through an entire layer of dough.
Cut the middle slit first, then make similar depth slits on the sides. Recipe by Yuribo

Steps
- 1
Put all of the ingredients in the bread maker and press start on the dough course. Once done, take the dough out and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
- 2
Roll the dough out into a 20 x 20 cm square, cover with the filling and roll it up like a roll cake. Make sure to secure the edges.
- 3
Making sure the dough doesn't dry out, prove for a second time until doubled in size.
- 4
Whilst preheating the oven to 180℃, insert 5 slits onto the top of the dough and then bake for 25 minutes.
- 5
You can also make this with chocolate cream.
