  1. 6country pork ribs; bone in or out
  2. 3/4 cupstrawberry jam or preserves
  3. 1 tbspdried basil
  4. 1 tsponion powder
  5. 1 tspwhite pepper
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1 tbspvegetable oil

  1. 1

    Marinate pork with half the strawberry jam for 2-48 hours

  2. 2

    Wipe off marinade. Season. Roast at 350° for approximately 90 minutes or until pork is fork tender, almost falling apart! Cover with remaining strawberry jam and roast another 5 minutes.

    Variations; Dries thyme, sage, tarragon, garlic powder, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar
