Instant Roasted Bread Sticks

#weekbrown
An easy peasy and an excellent one to munch on anytime of the day. These are Bread Sticks roasted on a tawa by me with a little Ghee. They are roasted to perfection on a low heat on a tawa. Turn them at regular intervals so that they don't get burnt. You can cut each Bread slice into 3-4 long strips or can first roast the slice at first and then cut accordingly. The choice is all yours. I had cut them into long strips of equal size and then roasted. Ghee or Butter can be used. Ghee gives it a very lovely texture and aroma too. Do not use much of it. Otherwise it tends to get soggy. Enjoy them alongside hot bowl of your favourite Soup. Or can just relish them with dips of your choice. Chocolate Sauce also goes well with these simple and instantly made Bread Sticks.

Steps
- 1
This is just a two ingredient magic by me. And almost done in a jiffy, this surely is an instant one.
- 2
Cut all the slices into equal sized, a little broader strips. Using a pastry brush, apply melted Ghee on both the sides. Do not be generous with that otherwise they tend to get too oily or soggy. Place on a preheated tawa on a low heat.
- 3
Cook until evenly brown and crisp on both the sides. Enjoy!
