Add enuff water to boil soaked chickpeas boil 15 minutes,strain out water in a collander

Keep all seasoning ready chopped onions fine,ready.Heat oil add onions to fry,add ginger garlic paste.Saute all

Sprinkle all dry masalas om strained Chickpeas.and add to the onion ginger garlic base Mix all well upside down cover cook on slow 5 minutes

Pindi chana is doneRemove serve hot with Toasted or tawa roast kulchas or bhaturas as per choice

Serve hot garnish chana as per choice
