  • 1 bowlBoiled and meshed potatoes
  • as requiredGinger, green chilli paste
  • As neededDry spices
  • as neededOil for frying
  • as requiredSev
  • As neededMenda slurry

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take boiled and mesh potato add spices and mix well make rolls

    Take a small bowl and put maida, salt and water and make runny slury, dip the rolls into the slury

    Now coat the rolls in to sev and fry in medium flame

    Now serve with sweet chutney
