Ingredients

45 minutes
7-8 people
  • 1 cupchana daal
  • 2medium Onion (sliced)
  • 1 tsplaal mirch powder
  • To taste salt
  • 1tblsp Hara dhania (chopped)
  • 2-3Hari mirch (chopped)

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Saok chana daal in a bowl full of water and let it saok for 8-9 hours.

  2. 2

    After that strain water and wash it with clear water and blend it in blender.

    Now add all the ingredients mentioned above in it and let it rest for 10 minutes.

    Now heat oil in a wok and fry it until golden brown in colour.

    Crispy pakorey is ready.
