Peel the potatoes and slice it with the help of slicer. Wash it for 3-4 times. Soak in the water and keep it in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.

After that drain the water and place it on the dry cloth. Let it dry completely.

Fry on the high flame.

Sprinkle with some salt and red chilli powder or pepper powder.

Serve hot.
