  • 1Garlic Clove
  • 1/2 TspSea Salt
  • 1/8 TspPepper
  • 1 1/2 CupsCherry Tomatoes-cut in half
  • 1English Cucumber
  • 1-15 ozCan Garbanzo Beans
  • 1/2Red Onion-Sliced
  • 1/4 CupCilantro
  • 4 OzFeta Cheese
  • OPTIONAL- 1 Avocado-diced or sliced

    Mix Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Salt and Pepper

    Combine the other ingredients
