Mix in about 5 teaspoons of the simple syrup into the berries crush. If you prefer a sweeter drink add an additional 1-2 teaspoons of syrup to your drink.
Next, fill the glass with ice and top the drink off with about (90 ml) of club soda and gently mix everything with a spoon. Garnish with mint and enjoy cool!😍😋 - 2
Note-For the simple syrup
Start by heating 1/2 cup water and 1/4 cup sugar in a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat, continue to cook down the water to a rapid simmer, until the liquid is slightly thick but runnier than honey. This will take 5 to 6 mins approximately.
Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
Transfer to a bottle or glass jar, cover and refrigerate till further use.
