Ingredients

Preparation time-5 mins, Cooking time-10 mins
2 people
  • 1 cupSattu or Roasted Gram flour
  • 2/3 cupmilk
  • 2 tbspmelted ghee
  • 1/2 cupjaggery
  • as required Dry fruits to garnish

Steps

Preparation time-5 mins, Cooking time-10 mins
  1. 1

    Roast Sattu or Gram flour powder on low flame until you get a aroma. Set aside and add to a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add 1/3 cup milk, jaggery, melted ghee and start kneading to make a dough. Keep adding milk slowly to get a firm dough

  3. 3

    Add dry fruits of your choice and enjoy with a raw mango to balance the sweetness
