  • 3large potatoes
  • 2 tbspnvinegar
  • Water
  • Oil for deep-frying

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and soak in water that covers them and add the vinegar, soak for 10min

  2. 2

    Chop them in slices

    Place them on serviete and dry them to remove excess water

    Deep fry them on hot oil, as you turn them
