Deliciously Healthy! Black Sesame Pudding

I had a lot of sesame, so I wanted to use it for some Japanese-style desserts. If you like sesame, I don't think you'll be able to resist this!

Soak the gelatin in water or hot water. Grind the sesame seeds.

Warm the milk in a pot and dissolve the sugar into it. Once dissolved, turn off the heat and mix in the gelatin and ground sesame seeds until the mixture has dissolved.

Pour Step 2 into the containers.

When the pudding has cooled, chill in the refrigerator. The pudding will be set in 2~3 hours.
