This is what I do whenever I have leftover meat. I usually use beef or lamb, but you can try using chicken, turkey and even fish!

This is what I do whenever I have leftover meat. I usually use beef or lamb, but you can try using chicken, turkey and even fish!

Chop the onions into small cubs and saut? with the olive oil

Add the rice and brown it for about 2 minutes

Add the wine and stir well. Wait 1 minute for the wine to be absorbed by the rice, and for the alcohol to evaporate

Add 1 ladle of chicken broth, and stir well until he broth is absorbed by the rice. Keep doing the same: add a little of broth, stir and let it absorb, then add a little more. This will be repeated for about 20/30 minutes or until the rice reaches the desired consistency.

About 15 minutes after you started adding the broth add the meat (cut into small cubes)

When the rice is ready, add the Parmesan cheese

Close the pot, wait 5 minutes and serve :)
