Ingredients

  1. 2 lbboneless turkey breast
  2. 1 tbsprosemary; minced
  3. 1 tspthyme; minced
  4. 2 tspgarlic powder
  5. 2 tsponion powder
  6. 1 1/2 tspsage; minced
  7. 1salt and pepper
  8. 1EVOO; as needed

Cooking Instructions

    Toss turkey breast with enough oil to cover. Season. Roast at 300° for approximately 90 minutes or until thermometer reaches 165°

    Let rest five minutes before slicing.
