  • 12Green cardamom
  • 2Black cardamom
  • 2Cinnamon long sticks
  • 3 gmCloves
  • 1 pcNutmeg
  • 4 pcMace
  • 2 gmsFennel seeds
  • 4 gmsSah jeera
  • 3 gmsBlack pepper
  • 6 gmsWhite pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast all the spices on medium heat for about 5 mins then grind it to a fine mix.

  2. 2

    This can be made in batches and stored in normal temperature in air tight container like other spices.
