  • 1 cupragi flour
  • 1 cuproasted yellow mung dal flour
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 cup besan
  • as requiredDryfruits
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • 2 tspsaunth powder
  • 1 tspnutmeg powder
  • as requiredGhee
  • 4-5 cuppowdered sugar
  • 3 tspkharik powder

  1. 1

    Dry roast mung dal & grind it in mixer to make powder

    Take ghee in pan add mung dal flour and roast it till golden brown. Add ghee and roast ragi flour, wheat flour and besan respectively

    Mix all roasted flour & add chopped dryfruits, cardamom, nutmeg, kharik and saunth powder.also add powdered sugar and mix it well.
