Khoya peda
Steps

In a heavy bottom pan add khoya roast it until smooth texture or remove from sides of kadai.

Cool completely now add powder sugar and mix well make small ball size ladoo with palm.

Make small impression in between spread cardamom powder and chopped dry fruit (optional).
- 4
Consume with in 3 to 4 days otherwise it changes in taste.
