Spongy pakoray banane ke liye hame besan ke batter ko achi tarha se phaintna parta hai usko smooth form me lana parta hai aur usko rest dena hota hai 3-4 hr ke liye. Agar besan me meetha soda add krden to besan bht halka ho jata hai aur jese he hum isay fry karte hain ye double size me convert ho jata hai. Andar se foran cook b ho jata hai aur spongy b dikhta hai.

Besan chan ke ik bowl me rakh lein.

Ab isme tamam spices add karden

Ab isme pani add kat ke smooth sa paste banayen.

Besan me corn flour add karne se pakoray crispy bante hain lehaza isay b add kar dein. Paste bht smooth hona chahiye is ke liye hame besan ko ache se hath ki madad se phaintna zaroori hai.

Ab isme kati hoi piyaz, aloo, hari mirchen add kar ke achi tarha mila lein aur garamoil me pakoray fry krlen.

Golden brown hone per nikal lein aur dish me ketchup ke sath serve karen.
