Ingredients

10-15 minutes
2-3 people
  1. 1 cupboiled rice
  2. 2 cupmashed curd
  3. 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
  4. 1/2 teaspoon jeera powder
  5. 2green chilli chopped
  6. 1/2 teaspooncoriander powder
  7. 8-10curry leaves
  8. 1/2 spoonchaat masala
  9. 7-8chopped garlic
  10. 1/2 teaspoonblack salt
  11. 2 teaspoonoil

Steps

10-15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl take curd and add all the dry masala. Mix it well. In another bowl take boiled rice and mix it with curd bowl.

  2. 2

    In a pan heat oil and put rye, curry leaves, garlic and green chilli. Cook for 2 mins.

  3. 3

    Now add the bowl of rice and put garnish with coriander leaves and chaat masala and serve it with potato sabji

  4. 4

    Serve with coriander chutney roasted papad, potato sabji
