2 tbspolive oil
1yellow onion, diced

1 jardiced tomatoes (I used jovial)

Cooking Instructions

Saute onions in olive oil for 3-5 minutes in instant pot

Dice all veggies and add them to instant pot with remaining ingredients.

Set instant pot to pressure cook on soup. Once completed, quick release and serve.
