Breakfast recipe with wheat flour

Take a mixing bowl & add 1 cup of wheat flour add half spoon of salt & baking soda to it mix it well

Add water little by little and mix it well without any lumps it consistency should be like dosa batter

Mix it well and keep a side for 15 mins

Now after 15 mins mix the batter it gets thick

Now add finely chopped onions, grated carrot, curry leaves, red chilli powder,sliced green chillies to it

Mix it well and close it with a lid for 2-3 mins.after 2-3 mins again' mix the batter well now add some lemon juice to it

Take a pan and heat it, now grease some oil to pan and pour the batter to it

You can make like a big dosa or small shaped size dosa

Let it cook both sides upto 2 mins.

Then you can serve it hot with tomato ketchup/ any chutney
