Tasty tomato and tamarind pickle

Take a pan and add sliced tomatoes & tamarind,salt to it do not pour water let it boil till the mixture gets fine paste 25 min after 25 mins off the flame. Let it cool completely

Now take a pan & roast 3 table spoons of mustard, Fenugreek,cumin seeds seperately 2-3 mins do not mix & combine it together

Now grind all the seeds into fine powder seperately do not mix together

Now take the mixture of tomatoes and mix it then grind it to a paste do not add water.

Now take a kadai and add 2 cups of oil let it heat add 2 table spoons of mustard seeds cumin seeds and Fenugreek seeds, crushed garlic (not paste) to it mix it for 3 mins

Now off the flame let the oil gets little bit cool

Now add tomato fine paste, cumin, Fenugreek,& mustard powder to the oil and mix it well. Add some salt & red chilli powder to taste

Now it's ready to serve with hot rice & some ghee (optional) it's very tasty.
