1 cupboiled chickpeas
1 cupgram flour
1/4th cup water
Oil for deep frying
1 tspsalt
2 tspchat masala
1 tspimli chatni
1 tspred chilli power
1 pinchbaking soda
1 tspsugar

First make batter of bondi by mixing gram flour, water,1 tsp salt & baking soda.. consistency should not be liquid..

In wok add oil for deep frying make small bindi with small tsp & fry it..after frying soak in water for 5 min..

In serving dish add 1st layer of boiled chickpeas then add soaked bondi after removing from water..

Whisk yogurt with salt & sugar.. pour it over dish sprinkle chat masala, add imili chat & serve
