Steps

In a bowl stir the flour and yogurt together until it forms a dough.

Turn the dough onto a floured surface then cover the dough with a good sprinkle of flour. Knead for a minute or so until its less sticky and elasticated and workable.

Divide the dough into 4 even balls and roll each into a sausage shape. Flatten slightly with a spoon or using fingers.

Brush with jam of choice. Gently roll one end of the dough until its fully rolled.

Gently transfer to a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.

Transfer to a preheated oven of 180c. Bake for 12-14 minutes until dough is baked through and the outside is golden brown (times may vary).
