Add flour and salt in the bowl,then add 3/4 cold butter (170grams)cut into cubes and pulse until butter is absorbed then add the remaining butter,pulse two or three times to combine,Add the cold water and pulse four or five times just until the dough comes at a shape of a ball(really important not to overmix).Lightly flour the dough,roll it into a rectangle shape. Fold the dough in half and then half again and half one last time,wrap in plastic then refrigerate 1-2hours(I left minefor2hrs

Roll the dough after 2 hours put any type of filling then brush the beaten egg and cook until golden brown
