Sunday Spicy Noodles

My friend from Hong Kong has taught me how to use sesame oil, fish sauce, and soy sauce to create a delicious sauce for noodles. 🇭🇰 Mine is still no where near of her tasty noodles, but I'm learning how to cook with new flavors...! 😊 🍜
I usually adjust the recipe based on whatever fresh veggies are available. This one here was my latest mix :-) The chili flakes and ginger added a nice twist to it.
