Steps

Take one plate or dhokla mould. grease with oil put one layer of idli batter and cook for 10to12 minutes

In mixer jar,blend mint leaves, coariander leaves,roasted chana dal,salt,cumin seeds,salt, green chillies and keep aside

Once first layer cooked properly, put layer of chutney over it.again cook for five minutes.now put final layer of idli batter and again cook for 12 to 15 minutes.

For tempring_ heat tadaka pan add oil, once hot add mustard seeds,sesame seeds, chopped green chillies, asefoetida.put this on cooked dhokla. sprinkle red chilli powder, chat masala.cut into pieces. serve with chutney and tomato sauce.
