Steps

Soak Moong Dal in water for 2-3 hours.

Transfer to a blender. Add little bit water and make paste.

Take out the paste in a bowl. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder, salt and sugar to taste.

Whip everthing. Add tomato slices and carrot juliennes.

Put butter cube in pan. Pour the mixture. Sprinkle curry leaves on top. Cover with a lid and cook in low flame.

After few minutes, when bottom side gets cooked, flip gently. Cover again

Cook like this till both side gets cooked.
