Roasted Sabudana Vada

First of all wash the sago/ sabudana. Then add required amount of water and let it soak for 4-5 hours.

Then mash the boiled potatoes and add soaked sabudana and crushed peanuts.

Add ginger chilli paste, cumin, salt, coriander and mix well.

Then on the gas and heat the appam pan. Apply some oil on it.

While the heat is being heated, make balls out of prepared mixture.

Roast the vada in the appam pan on slow flame. make it turn after few minutes.

So now the roasted sabudana vada is ready.
Serve this vada with some dahi and green chutney.
