Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cupsflour
  • 2 cupssugar
  • 3/4 cupCocoa powder
  • 1& 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1&1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 2eggs
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 2 tspvanilla essence
  • 1 cupboiling water

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift dry ingredients.

  2. 2

    Add in eggs, milk, oil & vanilla essence.
    Beat until smooth

  3. 3

    Stir in boiling water.
    (Batter will be very runny)

  4. 4

    Pour the batter in a greased pan.
    And bake in a preheated oven of 180 for 30-35 min.
