Clen wash and chopped spinach
Soak chana daal an 1 hour - 2
Heat up oil in presser cooker add cumin seeds add garlic pods just saute add onion saute till light brown add green chillies tometoes saute till tometoes get smooth

Now add soaking and drain chana daal again saute add chopped spinach saute add all dry spices
Saute 2-3 min if required then add little water mix well. - 4
Now close the lid of pressure cooker and make 2-3 whistle then check if daal is raw again make 1-2 whistle

Now open the lid mix well now mash the palak with masher (pav bhaji masher)

Your tasty daal palak ready to eat.
Serve with chapati rice pulav
