  • 1small bowl plain yogurt (about 1 cup or 240 grams)
  • 2 pinchesblack salt
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 tablespoonchopped cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoonroasted cumin powder

    First, peel the cucumber and grate it. Add the yogurt to the grated cucumber.
