Soak bhalay and phulki for at least 20 minutes

In yoghurt add sugar chat masala and beat till it becomes smooth,add onion and chillies

Squeeze water from bhala and phulki,take serving bowl first put bhalay then Phulki

Add yoghurt

Add potatoes and onion chillies

Now on the top add tamarind sauce papri ketchup and green chutney
