Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsraw rice
  2. 1 and 1/2 cupurad dal
  3. 1 cupflattened rice
  4. 1 teaspoonFenugreek seeds
  5. 2big potatoes
  6. 1big onion
  7. 5/6green chillies
  8. 3 tbspoons oil
  9. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  10. 3 teaspoonssalt
  11. 1 cuproasted chana dal
  12. 1 cupcoariander leaves
  13. 1 small cup grated coconut
  14. as requiredMint leaves
  15. 1/2 teaspoon sugar/cumin seeds/lemon juice each
  16. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak rice, urad dal, Fenugreek seeds for 5-6 hours. soak flattened rice for five minutes.blend dosa batter by adding flattened rice and salt. ferment overnight.

  2. 2

    Boil potatoes, peel and chop. Heat Pan add 1 tablespoon oil, add mustard seeds 2/3 green chillies, potatoes,salt, turmeric powder, chopped coriander leaves. Cook for five minutes. keep aside.

  3. 3

    Blend coconut, roasted chana dal, coriander leaves,mint leaves, green chillies,salt, sugar, lemon juice. Add a little water blend. chutney is ready.

  4. 4

    Now heat dosa pan, put little oil put a ladle of batter and spread. Cook well. Serve hot with potato sabzi and chutney. Enjoy healthy recipe
