In a mixing bowl take boiled soya chunks, boiled potatoes, soaked poha.. mash everything together nicely..add 2tbsp bread crumbs, salt and all the other ingredients,chopped onions, chopped green chilli,chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped ginger and garlic

To this add cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, red chilli powder, amchur powder, chat masala, &garam masala,give everything a proper mix

Now apply little oil to your palms and prepare flat& thick tikkis..roll out them in bread crumbs and shallow fry them both sides in a medium hot oil till golden brown.. take out them on kitchen tissues to avoid excess oil...your healthy immunity booster soya kebabs are ready to serve with any choice of your dip..
