Heat the oil in a pan,add mustard seeds and allow to crackle.

Add chopped garlic,green chillies and chopped onions.Saute for a minute.Add chopped spinach and saute,add tofu cubes and salt and lemon juice.Sprinkle crushed black pepper.Saute for 2 minutes.

Now the tofu is ready to be served.
